Instagram Releases Real-time Updates API
With a reported 2,000(!) developers already sealed up is to API, third-party apps on other platforms (hello, Android!) may aren’t as well far off. All it will take is is to API to go read-write and enable third-party apps to post photos and explanation to your account. Instagram contestant Picplz already has an Android app , so it would behoove Instagram to obtain up and running on that stage ASAP.
If you do not have an iPhone, but you still wish to see the new API in action, examine out the authorized API demo or revisit Instagre.at , a web art studio of Instagram photos.
