As great as it is that Time Warner now has an app for iPad, but what is not so great is that it has so many limitations. One is you have to be on your home wifi network in order to get the streaming. I know the DISH Remote Access can use 3G and has a wonderful picture. Another is that there are only about 32 channels to choose from. The DISH Network allows you to watch any of the shows you subscribe to. I do have a DISH Network account and I am also an employee so I have played with the app for a while. I can tell you that it is one that takes full advantage of the 3G iPad.

Does anyone know if there are plans to make an app for Android devices? Those of us who don’t use Apple products would love this service too.
